Intake call
A 30-minute conversation with the founding team. We listen to how your department runs today and where the pain is.

Scoping
We agree on which products to roll out, who the internal champions are, and what success looks like for your department.

Onboarding
Data migration, account setup, and hands-on training with your crews. We do the heavy lifting so it lands without disrupting shift.

Weekly cadence
Ongoing check-ins with engineering. Issues get triaged live. Feature requests go directly into our planning, not into a ticket void.

GA transition
When we hit general availability, pilot departments transition on founding-cohort terms — no surprise pricing, no forced migrations.
