Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed April 24, 2026
Aevix Technologies is committed to building software that works for everyone who answers the call, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our accessibility goals, where we are today, and how to reach us if you hit a barrier.
1. Our standard
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, for this website and our products. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and is the practical benchmark for public-safety and government buyers.
2. What we do today
- Semantic HTML and ARIA roles on interactive components.
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation.
- Color contrast considered for body text and interactive elements.
- Form inputs labeled with accessible names and associated error messages.
- Images with descriptive or empty alt text, as appropriate.
- Accessibility reviewed as part of the design and development process.
3. Known limitations
We are an early-stage team and this site has not yet been through an independent third-party accessibility audit. Areas we know still need work:
- Some marketing pages use motion and reveal animations. We respect
prefers-reduced-motionwhere implemented and are expanding coverage. - Some decorative imagery and gradient backgrounds have not been fully verified for contrast across all viewports.
- Third-party embeds (for example, social icons) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every context and are on our remediation list.
When we identify a gap, we fix it. Known issues do not disappear by being quiet about them.
4. Products
Accessibility for our products (Aevix Operations, Stride, Orison, Vix AI) is held to the same WCAG 2.1 AA target. Pilot and preview features may have gaps that we track and fix as the product matures. Agencies evaluating Aevix for procurement may request a current accessibility status summary via the contact below.
5. How to report a barrier or request an accommodation
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site or in any Aevix product, or if you need content in an alternative format, contact us. We aim to respond within five business days.
- Email: accessibility@aevixtech.com
- General contact: aevixtech.com/contact
Please include:
- The page URL or product screen where you encountered the issue.
- A description of the barrier.
- The assistive technology, browser, or device you were using, if applicable.
- A preferred way for us to reach you.
6. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or file a complaint with the appropriate state agency. Nothing in this statement limits your rights under the ADA, Section 508, or applicable state or international accessibility laws.
7. Changes to this statement
We will update this page as our accessibility work progresses. The “last reviewed” date at the top reflects the most recent review.
